baldTrainer entered the education field 14 years ago. During this time, he has worked with all age groups (preschoolers to adults) in traditional classroom settings as well as in eLearning formats. Currently, baldTrainer is employed with a privately owned company in which he develops eLearning courses for adults, based all over the country, needing on the job training.
baldTrainer holds a B.S. Education from Temple Baptist College and is currently working to complete his M.Ed.
baldTrainer resides in Dayton, Ohio with his wife and 4 children.
